Background
Nancy Gregory has over 32 years of experience in health care. Diabetes education and management is her area of expertise and she is passionate about educating patients with diabetes and working to improve their quality of life. She has received significant recognition locally for her work with diabetes. Nancy was very pleased to have been a consultant for Pullman Regional Hospital in developing and implementing new guidelines for the management of diabetes in the hospitalized patient. She also participates in the WWAMI program and helps educate pharmacy students and nurse practitioners.
Services & Interests
Nancy Gregory enjoys all aspects of internal medicine and provides comprehensive primary care to her patients. She sees patients full time as a primary provider, provides consultation for diabetes care, and routinely assists as a member of our ReadyCare team. More specifically she enjoys offering:
- Wellness exams
- Management of internal medicine health care issues: hypertension, diabetes, asthma, depression, etc.
- Comprehensive diabetes care: testing, education & management
- Insulin pump management
- Continuous glucose monitoring
- Urgent care needs
Personal Information
Nancy Gregory was born in New York City and raised on Long Island in New York. She has been a resident of the Palouse for over 30 years. She enjoys traveling and organizing Medical Mission Trips. These are faith based and focus on providing care for the whole person. She usually takes one medical team each year to Ecuador, providing medical care to some of the poorest communities in the country. The teams bring not only medical supplies, but several hundred new pairs of socks and shoes, primarily for children and the elderly.
Outside Of Work
Nancy enjoys spending time with her family. She states that raising her two daughters to be marvelous adults has been her two greatest achievements in life. She is active in her church and local politics. She has taught in a variety of settings and on many different health topics; from teaching senior high school health to speaking at community seminars.
