Our Bill Pay Portal Has Changed
We are using a new online Bill Pay portal! This version is no longer interlinked with a Patient Portal account. All previous account holders will be required to re-register if they would like to continue to have full access.
Guest Pay: If you prefer not to create an account, you can always use the guest pay option for a quick and hassle-free payment process. This is great for one-time payments!
Full Access: This option will provide you with FULL access to all online billing services– allowing you to sign up for e-statements, view current balances, and create payment plans.
To register an account, select “Sign up for Full Access” located directly underneath the Log in button. In order to link your Bill Pay account with your Palouse Medical billing information, you will need the special CODE found on your billing statement.
More Flexible Than Ever Before!
The service we are using is fully integrated with our Electronic Health Record system, so that means that you will have added features by registering and linking your account. We hope that adding this service makes accessing patient account information easier and more convenient, helps to streamline our billing workflows, and improve our overall patient experience.
New Feature: Introducing Text-to-Pay
Receive bill notifications via text, complete with a link to our Bill Pay portal for easy viewing and payment. An online Bill Pay account is not required to receive text messages.
TROUBLE GETTING STARTED?
You will first need to receive a billing statement from our office. Once you have received a statement, there will be a special code on this document that you will need in order to use our online bill pay system.
If you don’t have a statement or can’t find the code, please don’t hesitate to contact the billing office. Our billing office is happy to assist you between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday at 509-332-1229, or via Secure Message through our new Patient Portal (coming soon)
